Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I got initially faced a busy road, but the management eventually moved me to a better room with a sea view. The service from staff like Cassie, Andrew, Grace, and Shirley was outstanding and quick to respond to any requests. The location was convenient, close to the MTR station and shopping centers, but it was often crowded and lacked lobby staff control. The dining options were diverse and of high quality, offering various cuisines to suit different preferences.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with above-par rooms that granted me access to free hors d'oeuvres and cocktails in the lounge between 18-20:00 daily, and easy walking distance to the great views of the harbor. However, some services were not credit card-friendly, and dining at the Michelin star restaurant could be pricey. Overall, a fantastic location close to everything in Kowloon.
My stay at the hotel in Hong Kong was fantastic! The rooms were flawless in furnishing and maintenance, spacious, and entitled me to free hors d'oeuvres and cocktails between 18:00-20:00 each day in the lounge. However, there was a bit of waiting time for the room to be ready. The service was very friendly and helpful, although they didn't accept credit cards and requested cash. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Kowloon, offering easy access to the MTR, Victoria Harbour, and a variety of shopping and dining options. The dining experience was incredible with a wide range of cuisines to choose from. Overall, a great value for money stay at this hotel.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were huge and lovely, providing a feel-good staycation and an enjoyably exciting experience. Having access to the horizon lounge, including 2 hours of free cocktails in the evening, was a fantastic added bonus. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you would expect, like charging points, tea/coffee facilities, complimentary water, slippers, and a dressing gown.
I was amazed by the beautiful Harbour view from my room, which was incredibly clean and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy morning mooncake and tea with a perfect sight. The hotel provided exceptional service and the staff were very accommodating. The location was excellent, close to shopping centers and transportation. The dining experience offered a wide variety of cuisines to choose from.
The hotel's rooms were spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable, while the exceptional service went above and beyond our expectations. The location was convenient with stunning views, but the dining experience, despite a few highlights, was overall average.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The amazing rooms with harbor views were fantastic but were unfortunately noisy due to the proximity to lift shafts and generators, which was a bit unexpected given the high price per night. The service was top-notch, especially from Ceci, Sunny, and Rachel Cheung, but there were some noise issues that impacted the overall comfort.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and had ceiling-to-floor windows that offered stunning views of the harbor, but the strong smell of smoke was quite unpleasant. The staff were accommodating and the location was excellent, with easy access to transportation options, although the lack of a bathtub was a downside.
